One good way to look at the breadth of the effect mobile will have on business is to just run through a quick checklist of the effect it could have on your business.
Question 1: What processes do your customers WANT to do with you when they’re sitting in their car?
Question 2: If you could know the physical location of your customers when they reached out to you…what could you do differently?
Question 3: What would your product/service look like if you never had to print a document?
